If you are eligible to book a whare, you will be contacted to complete the booking online using a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
A 3-night minimum stay applies and costs $50 per night.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
3.1 Whare are subject to availability and Management reserves the right to decline any booking without reason.
3.2 Whare must be booked under the name of the eligible whānau member, who will be responsible for adherence to the terms and conditions of Te Waeroa and are liable for any damage caused.
3.3 Priority will be given to whānau who require accommodation for the following reasons:
- Emergency accommodation
- Respite relief
- Temporary housing
- Hauora/Health
3.4 A minimum stay of three nights applies. Longer stays are possible, up to 30 nights.
3.5 Whānau will be required to provide valid credit card details to secure the booking. A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged to confirm the reservation.
3.6 Check in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out must be made by 10 am on the day of departure.
